Classic Weeds. The last five minutes have less and less dialogue, and the pictures tell the story. I thought that Captain Till’s little situation at the end was particularly pathetic–I guess that’s what he realized that Nancy knew about him from her late husbamd Peter Scottson.
The DEA has been portrayed here as mean-spirited, corrupt losers, which happens to have been my experience with the organization. They know they’re in a war that absolutely cannot be won, but they don’t get any “Support The Troops” props.
I remember Guillermo from Chappelle’s Show, and from Half-Baked. Very impressive range. It’s almost as though cutting off most of his hair set him free. I notice over on IMDB that he’s been busy lately.
In fact, I recommend dialing up Weeds on IMDB and poking into the actors’ careers. The best thing about the show is the depth of talent. No, it’s the writing. Wait, it’s the concept. No, gotta be the women in the cast. Uhhh, what were we talking about? I forget…
The show never really lost anything, but it seems to have gotten something back. I don’t miss the old introduction, there are only so many possible versions of “Little Boxes,” but the one in episode one was a master’s stroke.
It’s almost as though there are new writers, or Jenji got her groove back… I like it, I like it a lot. It’s got that original mix of fiendish glee with just the right amount of “oh shit” moments sprinkled in.

This episode was awesome…it had good music too (it was good to see DeVotchKa get two songs in last week!!! Go local Denver bands!)
The mountain goats song was great at the end. The whole motif of scenes was a good ending. This whole season is completely different but I’m not missing the first 3 seasons, this season has a lot of depth so far. Keep it up

OMG, this was suck a good episode. Isabelle is back in, she is soooo funny. Shane is a nasty little perv. Mary Louise is pretty hot though!!! I wish Nancy Botwin was a real person.
